This policy applies to every VinDevs-operated property, including Discord bots, the VinDevs dashboard at https://www.vindevs.xyz, Roblox authentication flows, and partner guild automations operated through our service.

2. Information We Collect

• Discord account information (user ID, username, avatar, guild memberships, and roles) provided when you sign in through Discord OAuth.
• Roblox account identifiers returned through Roblox Open Cloud OAuth when you link your profile.
• Content you submit to VinDevs properties – marketplace listings, portfolios, vouches, moderation reports, middleman case files, and scam investigations.
• Metadata that helps us keep the community safe such as moderation actions, timestamps, IP addresses provided by Roblox OAuth, and device information automatically logged by our infrastructure.
• Billing metadata required to fulfill paid services (for example giveaway sponsorships or middleman escrow releases); payments are processed by third-party gateways and we never store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

• Operate, secure, and personalize the VinDevs network of Discord bots, dashboards, staff tooling, and Roblox API integrations.
• Verify that Discord members control the Roblox accounts they claim, so that verification roles, autoroles, and reputation systems remain trustworthy across partner guilds.
• Review and publish marketplace posts, middleman requests, scam investigations, and moderation actions that are required to meet Roblox community safety expectations.
• Comply with applicable platform rules (Discord Developer Terms, Roblox Terms of Use) and respond to lawful requests from platform providers or government authorities.
• Communicate important updates about the service, including policy changes, incidents, dispute resolutions, or required follow-up for linked accounts.

4. When We Share Information

• Discord – so that slash commands, role synchronization, webhooks, and incidents can be delivered to the servers where you interact with the bot.
• Roblox – exclusively to validate OAuth sessions and confirm that the user ID returned by Roblox belongs to the Discord member who initiated linking.
• Payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Roblox sponsorship payments) when you authorize a transaction that requires payout or escrow release.
• Infrastructure processors such as hosting providers, analytics tools, or DDoS protection. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to VinDevs.
• Law enforcement or platform trust & safety teams when we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, or comply with law.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on legitimate interest to operate a secure creative marketplace, fulfill contracts you enter (marketplace posts, middleman cases, sponsorships), and comply with platform obligations. Where consent is required (for example Roblox OAuth or email updates) we only process data after you provide it.

6. Your Rights

• Request a copy or correction of the information we hold about you. Use the contact details below and include both your Discord ID and Roblox ID (if linked).
• Disconnect Roblox at any time using the /unlink command or directly from Roblox's authorized applications settings.
• Request deletion of non-essential data, subject to any obligations we have to retain records needed for fraud prevention, moderation history, or legal compliance.
• Opt out of promotional email or Discord announcements by adjusting notification settings within your account or unsubscribing from broadcast channels.

7. Security

• Role-based access controls limit who can access verification data, moderation queues, and payment evidence.
• Transport Layer Security (TLS) protects all data in transit between the dashboard, Roblox OAuth, Discord APIs, and our internal services.
• Audit trails record moderation and staff actions so we can investigate misuse and satisfy Roblox/Discord compliance reviews.
• Automated monitoring detects unusual linking volumes, suspicious marketplace posts, or attempts to tamper with OAuth tokens.

8. Data Retention

• Linked account data is retained for as long as your Discord profile remains active within the VinDevs network. You may unlink at any time to remove Roblox metadata.
• Marketplace, portfolio, scam investigation, and middleman case files are retained to preserve historical context for staff decisions and fraud prevention.
• Payment records are stored for the duration required by tax, accounting, and payment-processor obligations (typically 7 years).
• Moderation evidence and staff notes may be stored indefinitely where necessary to defend against abuse or platform violations.

9. Children's Privacy

VinDevs is not directed to children under the age of 13. By linking a Roblox or Discord account you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements set by both platforms. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will promptly remove the data.

10. International Transfers

VinDevs operates globally. When data is transferred outside your region we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards required by the destination jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Roblox, Discord, or VinDevs operations. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard changelog and the Discord announcement channels before the new policy takes effect.
