Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the VinDevs website (https://www.vindevs.xyz), joining a VinDevs-operated Discord server, running our bot, or linking a Roblox account, you agree to these Terms and to all platform rules imposed by Discord and Roblox. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction and by Roblox/Discord) to use VinDevs services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your country and the agreements of platforms you connect.

3. Accounts & Verification

Discord and Roblox accounts must be accurate and under your control. You may only link accounts you own, and you must maintain the security of your credentials. Account sharing and impersonation are prohibited. Removal of access due to security concerns can occur without notice.

4. Marketplace & Portfolios

• Content must be original or properly licensed. Submitting plagiarized assets, violating Roblox's IP rules, or misrepresenting your identity is grounds for removal.
• Posts must include accurate pricing, availability, and contact details. Abandoned or misleading listings may be declined.
• VinDevs staff may edit, suspend, or cross-post listings to servers to maintain consistency.
• Portfolios and marketplace submissions are reviewed before publication. Reviews may require additional evidence, proof of ownership, or revisions.
• Marketplace submissions may be queued for staff review whether they originate from the website or Discord bot.
• Repeated policy violations may result in temporary marketplace or portfolio submission mutes.
• Admissions and skill applications may require code samples, media proofs, or demo videos to validate experience claims.

5. Marketplace Purchases & Disputes

• Buyers and sellers may communicate directly once a marketplace request or purchase is started.
• Asset purchases remain covered by a 7-day dispute window. Refund requests tied to scams, invalid files, or missing delivery must be opened within 7 days of purchase.
• Sellers must provide real deliverable files with a valid extension and non-empty contents. Placeholder files, empty uploads, or misleading metadata may be removed and may trigger a refund review.
• VinDevs is not responsible for tax obligations or private agreements between buyers and sellers. Staff review is limited to marketplace safety, scam reports, and policy enforcement.
• Refunds or chargebacks performed outside sanctioned payment methods are considered violations and may result in removal from the network.

6. Organization Plans

Organization plans are not on sale at the moment. Organization plans are not sold yet: the trader identity a consumer sale must disclose (legal entity name, jurisdiction, company number, registered address) is not published anywhere on the site. The sections below are the terms that apply when a plan is bought.

Every organization on VinDevs starts as a free Workroom and stays usable without paying: identity, people, projects, documents, activity and presence all work on the free tier, which holds 3 people including the owner. An Organization plan adds the organization's public and commercial existence, a public organization page, marketplace listings published as the organization, protected deals with the organization named on the contract, the knowledge graph, full activity history, and 25 seats.

• An Organization plan is a single payment for a fixed 12-month term. It does not renew automatically, no card is stored for a future charge, and you will not be charged again unless you buy another term yourself.
• Buying while a term is still running adds the new term to the end of the current one. It never replaces the time you already paid for.
• When a term ends, every paid capability stays switched on for a further 14 days. If no new term is bought in that window, the organization returns to the free Workroom tier.
• Returning to the free tier deletes nothing. Members, documents, listings, deals, assets and activity are all retained. What stops is the paid capability: the public page, marketplace listings, discovery, organization-owned deals and assets, the knowledge graph, and full activity history. People already in the organization are not removed, the free seat limit applies the next time you add someone.
• Buying a term again switches those capabilities back on over the same data. Nothing has to be rebuilt.
• Organizations created before August 12, 2026 keep every paid capability permanently, at no cost and with no seat ceiling. Nothing expires them and no downgrade applies to them.
• An archived organization is read-only and cannot buy a plan; restore it first. Archiving deletes nothing either, every membership, document, listing and activity record is kept so a restore is lossless.

7. Plan Pricing

Plans are shown, and bought, on your organization's billing page. Prices are in US dollars.

• $99 for a 365-day term with 25 seats, the rate for your first organization.
• $299 for a 365-day term with 25 seats, the rate for each organization after your first.

• There is one Organization plan, sold at the rate above that matches your circumstances. Which rate applies is determined by us from the organizations you already run, not chosen at checkout, and the rate you will be charged is shown before you confirm. We do not advertise a plan as reduced from a former or higher price.
• The amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is taken by Stripe, which issues an invoice carrying the billing address and any tax ID you supply there.

8. Refunds & Cancelling a Plan

• Consumers in the EU and the UK have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital services. That right is lost only where you expressly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose it. We do not ask for that consent at checkout, so the right is not waived: if you are a consumer in those jurisdictions you may cancel within 14 days of payment and receive a refund.
• The right of withdrawal is a consumer right. It does not apply to a purchase made in the course of a trade, business or profession, which is how most Organization plans are bought.
• Outside those jurisdictions there is no statutory withdrawal right for a digital service. Ask through a staff ticket or by email with the receipt reference from your billing page; a refund beyond the cases above is at our discretion.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method by a member of staff. Nothing on this platform moves money out automatically.
• Opening a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us freezes the plan: paid capabilities switch off while the dispute is open. Nothing is deleted, and staff can restore the term if the dispute is resolved in our favour.
• Asset and marketplace purchases are not covered by this section. They are covered by the 7-day dispute window in section 5.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting identity, ratings, or linked accounts.
• Posting scams, malware, or directing users to platforms that violate Roblox/Discord terms.
• Evading moderation decisions or recreating accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Data scraping, automated usage that harms service stability, or attempting to reverse engineer proprietary functionality.

10. Moderation & Enforcement

VinDevs reserves the right to remove content, suspend commands, restrict guild access, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion in order to protect users and comply with partner policies. Moderation decisions may be shared with Roblox’s Developer Engagement Team or Discord Trust & Safety when required.

11. Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant VinDevs a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content across VinDevs-managed channels for the purpose of operating the marketplace, portfolios, and marketing communications. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

12. Service Availability

The VinDevs platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or future availability of any feature. Maintenance windows, API rate limits, and platform outages may affect service.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VinDevs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We provide tools to help creators and clients connect, but we cannot guarantee the performance of any user nor the outcome of any engagement.

14. Limitation of Liability

VinDevs, its partners, and staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any right you hold as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Subject to the paragraph above, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the services is capped at the greater of (a) fifty (50) U.S. dollars and (b) the total fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a paid Organization plan the cap is therefore never less than what that organization actually paid us in that period.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VinDevs, its partners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. VinDevs may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or posed a risk to the community. We may retain records after termination to comply with legal or moderation obligations.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as Roblox, Discord, or VinDevs requirements evolve. We will notify users of material changes via the dashboard and Discord announcements. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

The company behind VinDevs, and the jurisdiction it is registered in, are not published on this site yet, see Company details. Rather than point you at a governing law we have not named, we say plainly that it is unpublished, and it will be published there before it is relied on.

If you are a consumer, none of this deprives you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts there.
