VinDevs Network

Guild & Partner Network

Apply to join the network

Tell us what your community is, show us the server, and describe how it is moderated. Applications are read by a VinDevs superuser, not by a department, and not by other communities.

  • Guild membership is free.
  • Payment only after a Partner application passes review.
  • Your community stays independent.

Your application

Everything here is kept if the form comes back with a correction.

What you are applying for

Guild membership is free and is the way in. Partner qualification is reviewed against a higher bar and, if you pass it, you are then invited to subscribe, you are never charged to be assessed.

Applying as a Partner asks two extra questions. If the review finds you are not there yet, you are offered Guild membership instead rather than being turned away.

Discord server invitation

Required. It is how we confirm the community exists, how a reviewer looks at it, and what the directory links to. Use an invite that does not expire and has no use limit, a dead link is the most common reason an application stalls.

A discord.gg link, or the invite code on its own.

There is no minimum member count. A hundred active developers is worth more to this network than five thousand idle members.

Rules and moderation

The network requires that your community has rules and enforces them. It does not dictate what they say, your internal rules stay yours.

A Discord channel link, a website page, or anything a person can open. Optional only if your rules are not published anywhere yet.

Who moderates, how reports reach them, and what gets someone removed.

About the community

What it is for, who it is for, and how long it has existed.

Be concrete: what actually happens, and roughly how often.

Names or Discord handles of the owner and anyone who can speak for the community.

Team size, how reports are handled, and what gets someone removed.

Past disputes, scam accusations, ownership changes, rebrands. Disclosing something is not disqualifying; discovering it later is.

The network rules

These are the conditions of association, how a participating community behaves toward the network and its members. Version 2026-08-12.

  1. Be a real, functioning community

An active server with real members and real activity. Size is not a requirement; existing only to collect network benefits is a disqualification.

  2. Have identifiable leadership

One named owner or leadership team that VinDevs can reach and that can answer for the community's decisions.

  3. Be relevant to the field

Roblox development, creation, hiring, assets, or an adjacent creator discipline.

  4. Do not facilitate fraud

No knowingly hosting, enabling or protecting scams, chargeback fraud, account theft, malicious files or exploitation of members.

  5. Moderate the community

Published rules and enough enforcement that VinDevs can safely associate the network with your server.

  6. Protect minors and vulnerable members

Act on grooming, harassment and sexual content involving minors. Reports involving member safety are escalated to VinDevs immediately.

  7. Represent the network honestly

Do not claim VinDevs endorses your work, guarantees your members, or has verified you unless that is literally true of your listing.

  8. Do not manufacture activity

No self-referrals, wash trading, alt accounts, fake members, fake transactions or event manipulation to influence contribution scoring.

A person reads every application and replies in writing, whether or not it is accepted.

What VinDevs commits to

A rules section that only binds one side is a terms-of-service page, not a network agreement.

Your community stays yours

VinDevs does not own, operate or control a participating community. Your branding, ownership, staff hierarchy and internal rules remain yours.

Decisions come with a reason

Every application is answered by a person, in writing, whether or not it is accepted.

Money never buys standing

Partner subscription pays for infrastructure and programs. It does not buy verification, reputation, safety claims, guaranteed recommendations or immunity from moderation.

You can leave

A community can withdraw from the network at any time. Its listing comes down; work already delivered through VinDevs is unaffected.
