What you get
Everything below is written into the proposal before you fund anything.
- A milestone plan with dates, owners, and the decision points where you can change direction.
- A named lead who is accountable for the plan and answers in the deal room, not a different contact each time.
- Engineering, art, and technical direction working from one specification rather than separate briefs of their own.
- A build you can put in front of players at each milestone, not only at the end.
- Release readiness: exploit review, performance budget, data safety, and a rollback plan.
- A closing handover pack so your own team can carry the work forward.
What is not included
Stated up front so any disagreement about what is included happens now rather than at delivery.
- No marketing spend, influencer buying, or Roblox ad management.
- No commitment to a specific launch date until the planning milestone is complete.
- No promise of chart placement, impressions, or player counts.
- No permanent staffing. Ongoing help after launch is LiveOps Support.
How delivery runs
Expected duration for this package is set by the milestone plan, measured from the point the project is funded rather than from the brief.
-
Brief
You describe the milestone and the deadline. We respond within 24 hours with the skills the milestone actually needs.
-
Assembly
We propose a named squad with roles, availability, and the lead who owns the plan. You approve the team before you fund anything.
-
Planning milestone
The first milestone produces the plan itself: dates, risks, and the parts of the idea that will not fit.
-
Delivery
Milestone by milestone, each demonstrated and approved in the deal room before the next starts.
-
Launch and handover
Release readiness review, a monitored launch window, then the handover pack for your team.
How your money is protected
This package runs as a protected deal. Your money is held by VinDevs, not paid to the team up front, and is released after you approve delivery.
-
Approve the plan first
Nothing is charged until you have read the proposal, seen who is on the team, and agreed the milestones and the price.
-
Funds are held, not sent
You fund the project once the plan is agreed. VinDevs holds the money: the team can see it is funded and starts work, but cannot withdraw it.
-
Delivery happens in the open
Work, files, and progress are sent to you in a shared deal room. You approve a milestone, ask for changes, or raise a dispute, and VinDevs dispute staff can read the whole record.
-
A protection window before release
Funds stay protected for 7 days after you approve delivery, so a problem you find afterwards is still covered.
-
Disputes are handled by staff
If you and the team cannot agree, VinDevs dispute staff review the deal room and decide. A dispute pauses the release until it is resolved.
Common questions
Can we approve the individual people?
Yes. The proposal names each person, their role, and their availability. You approve it before anything is funded.
What if the deadline is not realistic?
We say so in the response, before you fund anything. A squad that agrees to an impossible date is not doing you a favour.
Do you work alongside our internal team?
Usually yes. The plan states who owns which system so two teams are not editing the same code without a boundary.
What happens if we cancel mid-plan?
Cancellation is settled in the deal room against the milestones actually delivered, and you keep everything delivered so far. The remaining work does not happen. Because VinDevs holds the money instead of paying it out, a cancellation raised before you approve delivery is settled before the money is released.
